In this updated version, the Altra Escalante 2 keeps its Altra EGO midsole, but the addition of flex grooves in the midsole and outsole allow for a smoother, more performance-driven ride. The redesigned upper provides a more secure fit through the midfoot while the FOOTSHAPE design still allows for natural toe-splay. Finally, a long-lasting PU insole provides a softer step-in feel with just the right amount of squish making the Altra Escalante 2 the most comfortable version yet.
